Melexis MLX90614ESF-BCC-000-TU Temperature Sensor Product Description: The digital plug and play infrared thermometer adopts a TO can package and is an infrared thermometer used for non-contact temperature measurement. The MLX90614 integrates the infrared sensitive thermopile detector chip and signal conditioning ASIC into the same TO-39 tank.

The MLX90614 is equipped with a low-noise amplifier, a 17 bit ADC, and a powerful DSP. This makes high precision and resolution of thermometers possible. The MLX90614 has been calibrated through digital SMBus output at the factory and can fully access temperature measurements with a resolution of 0.02 ° C throughout the entire temperature range. The digital output can be configured as PWM. The 10 bit PWM is configured to continuously transmit measured temperatures within the range of -20 to 120 ° C, with an output resolution of 0.14 ° C.
