TB67S109AFTG, TB67S109AFNG - Clock controlled bipolar stepper motor driver
TB67S109AFTG is a two-phase bipolar stepper motor driver that uses a PWM chopper. Built in clock decoder. Made using BiCD technology, with a rated value of 50 V/4.0 A.
TB67S109AFTG Features • BiCD Process Integrated Single Chip ICs Capable of controlling one bipolar stepper motor PWM controlled constant current drive Allow full step, half step, quarter step, 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 step operations Low on resistance (high+low side=0.49 Ω (typical value)) MOSFET output stage Efficient motor current control mechanism (advanced dynamic mixed attenuation) • High voltage and high current (specifications refer to absolute maximum rated value and operating range) • Error detection (TSD/ISD) signal output function • Built in error detection circuit (thermal shutdown (TSD), overcurrent shutdown (ISD), and power on reset (POR)) • Built in VCC regulator for internal circuits The chopping frequency of the motor can be customized through external resistors and capacitors.
