The MC33071/72/74, MC34071/72/74, and NCV33072/74A series single-chip operational amplifiers are manufactured using high-quality bipolar technology with innovative design concepts. These operational amplifiers provide a gain bandwidth product of 4.5 MHz, a 13 V/μ s swing rate, and fast setup time without the need for JFET device technology. Although this series can be powered by a separate power supply, it is particularly suitable for single power supply due to the common mode input voltage range including ground potential (VEE). This series uses a Darlington input stage with high input resistance, low input offset voltage, and high gain. The full NPN output stage has the characteristics of no dead zone crossover distortion and large output voltage swing, providing high capacitance driving capability, excellent phase and gain margins, low open-loop high-frequency output impedance, and symmetrical pull/fill AC frequency response. The MC33071/72/74, MC34071/72/74, and NCV33072/74 series devices provide standard or high-quality performance (suffix A) ratings, with rated temperature ranges in commercial, industrial/vehicle, or military temperature ranges. The entire series of single channel, dual channel, and four channel operational amplifiers adopts plastic DIP, SOIC, and TSSOP surface mount packaging.
