MP6600GR-Z is a stepper motor driver with built-in converter and current regulation function. Current detection is internal and does not require external resistance detection. MP6600 has high integration and small package size, making it a space saving and cost-effective solution for bipolar stepper motor drives. The MP6600 operates with a power supply voltage of up to 35V and can provide up to 1.5A of motor current (depending on PCB design and heat dissipation conditions). The MP6600 can operate a bipolar stepper motor in full half step, quarter step, or eight step mode. The internal safety functions of MP6600GR-Z include overcurrent protection (OCP), input overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and thermal shutdown. The MP6600 is packaged in QFN-24 (4mmx4mm).
