Toshiba TCR2EN 200mA low-voltage differential voltage regulator
The Toshiba TCR2EN 200mA low-voltage differential voltage regulator is a CMOS universal single output regulator with on/off control inputs. TCR2EN has low voltage difference, low static bias current, and fast load transient response. TCR2EN LDO provides various fixed output voltages between 1.0V and 3.6V, capable of driving currents up to 200mA. These devices support overcurrent protection and automatic discharge functions.

The Toshiba TCR2EN 200mA low-voltage differential voltage regulator has a 160mV (2.5V output, I-external=150mA) output noise voltage as low as 35 μ V effective value (2.5V output), and a transient load response of only Δ V external=± 55mV (I-external=1mAh x 150mA, C-external=1.0 μ F).
TCR2EN13 is packaged using ultra small plastic molds SDFN4/SDFN4E (0.8mm x 0.8mm x 0.38mm). The TCR2EN series can be coordinated with small ceramic input and output capacitors, making it ideal for portable applications that require high-density circuit board assembly, such as mobile phones.
