STMicroelectronics STM32G070CBx microcontroller
The STMicroelectronics STM32G070CBx microcontroller is based on a high-performance Arm Cortex-M0+32-bit RISC core, operating at a frequency of 64MHz. These MCUs integrate memory protection units (MPUs), high-speed embedded memory, direct memory access (DMA), extensive system functionality, enhanced I/O, and peripherals. The operating temperature range of the STM32G070CBx device is -40 ° C to 85 ° C, and the power supply voltage range is 2V to 3.6V. These microcontrollers have a CRC computing unit, communication interface, and calendar RTC, with functions of alarms and periodic wake-up from stop/standby mode.
