Toshiba TB67H45 Brushed Motor Driver
The Toshiba TB67H450AFNG brush motor driver is a pulse width modulation (PWM) chopper type DC brush motor driver. These devices support PWM constant current drive and direct PWM drive. The TB67H45 motor driver is manufactured using the BiCD process, which integrates bipolar, CMOS, and double diffused MOS (DMOS) devices on a single chip. The TB67H450FNG motor driver has a built-in output MOSFET, a regulator with low on resistance and V copy for internal circuit operation. These devices also include error detection functions such as thermal shutdown (TSD), overcurrent detection (ISD), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). The rated output voltage of the two devices is 50V and the maximum current is 3.5A.
The Toshiba TB67H450AFNG and TB67H451AFNG brushless motor drivers are packaged in P-HSOP-8, with a working temperature range of -40 ° C to+85 ° C.
