Toshiba TB67S539FTG bipolar stepper motor driver IC
Toshiba TB67S539FTG bipolar stepper motor driver IC is a two-phase bipolar stepper motor driver that uses a PWM chopper. TB67S539FTG adopts BiCD process and has an absolute maximum rated current of 40V/2.0A. The TB67S539FTG stepper motor can be operated by a single VM power supply through a built-in voltage regulator. The device adopts QFN32 5mm x 5mm packaging and reduces external components.

  • Run at full step, half step, quarter step, 1/8, 1/16, and 1/32 step resolutions
    BiCD process: Using DMOSFET for output power transistor
    High voltage withstand and high current drive: 40V/2.0A (absolute maximum rated value)
    Built in thermal shutdown (TSD), overcurrent detection (ISD), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO)
    QFN32 (5mm x 5mm) package
