The TLV70215DBVR series low voltage differential (LDO) linear regulator is a low static current device with excellent transient performance in both circuit and load. These LDOs are designed specifically for power sensitive applications. Precision bandgap and error amplifier provide an overall accuracy of 2%. Low output noise, very high power suppression ratio (PSRR), and low voltage difference make this series of devices an ideal choice for various battery powered handheld devices. All device versions have thermal shutdown and current limitation to ensure safety. In addition, these devices perform stably with an effective output capacitance of only 0.1 μ F. This feature allows the use of cost-effective capacitors with higher bias voltage and temperature reduction. These devices can be adjusted to the specified accuracy without output load. The TLV702P series also provides an active pull-down circuit that can quickly discharge the output. The TLV70215DBVR series LDO linear regulator adopts SOT23-5 and 1.5mm x 1.5mm WSON-6 packaging.
TLV70215DBVR Application • Wireless Phone • Smartphone • ZigBee ® Network • Bluetooth ® Devices • Lithium ion battery powered handheld products • WLAN and other PC add-on cards
