Toshiba TCR3UM 300mA low-voltage differential voltage regulator
The Toshiba TCR3UM 300mA low-voltage differential regulator is a CMOS universal single output regulator with on/off control inputs. TCR3UM has ultra-low static bias current and low voltage difference. LDO supports a fixed output voltage of 0.8V to 5.0V and can drive currents up to 300mA. In addition, these devices also provide overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown function, and automatic discharge function.

The rated low voltage differential voltage of Toshiba TCR3UM 300mA low voltage regulator is 196mV (3.3V output, external I=300mA).
TCR3UM185A uses ultra small plastic molds DFN4/DFN4E (1.0mm x 1.0mm; t 0.60mm packaging). The TCR3UM series can be coordinated with small ceramic input and output capacitors, making it ideal for portable applications that require high-density circuit board components, such as mobile phones, IoT devices, and wearable devices.
