Toshiba TCR3LM 300mA low-voltage differential voltage regulator
The TCR3LM series is a CMOS general-purpose single output regulator with on/off control inputs and low static current. These regulators have a fixed output voltage range of 0.8 V to 5.0 V and can drive currents up to 300 mA. They have overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and automatic discharge functions. The TCR3LM series uses ultra small plastic molds to package DFN4D (1.0 mm x 1.0 mm; t 0.37 mm (typical value)), with low static current (IB=1.2 μ A (typical value, IOUT=0 mA). Due to the use of small ceramic input and output capacitors of 0.47 μ F in the TCR3LM series, these devices are very suitable for portable applications that require high-density circuit board assembly, such as cellular phones.
